We had 16 including a 2 year old, teens, 20’s and adults. Room for everyone, beautiful wooded setting in one of my favorite areas of North Georgia. Spacious kitchen for all our cooking and places for everyone to sit for family meals. The 2 year old loved the enclosed sunroom area and was happy to hang out there most of the time with all his toys scattered about but out of the way of everyone else. Teens/tweens took the bunk room and mom with the 2 year old had a fabulous upstairs bedroom with futon so she could keep him away from most of noise when everyone else was playing games and pool in the terrace level. Everyone loved the hot tub & it was just a great time to connect with family, chill and enjoy the beauty around us. Our son paid $20 for a day fishing license at Disharoon lake & caught 4 trout (the limit for a day pass) and we cooked them up for dinner. Fabulous time had by all.
