Villa on 9 overlooks the 9th Fairway of the Big Canoe Golf Course, with views stretching across the surrounding trees toward the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Big Canoe clubhouse and Lake Sconti are just 0.3 miles away, making it easy to enjoy nearby dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pools, lakes, hiking trails, waterfalls, a wellness center, and more.
Back at the villa, gather in the comfortable living room for evenings by the gas fireplace or movie nights on the big screen TV. Prepare meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a drip and single-cup coffeemaker combo, full-size refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher. You can enjoy meals at the dining table, play one of the provided board games, or head outside for a cookout on the gas grill.
The renovated primary suite offers a king bed, updated private bathroom, spacious new closet, TV, and private balcony. A second bedroom features another king bed and TV, while the open loft provides a queen bed, twin daybed with twin trundle, desk area, and TV. Every sleeping space has its own television, giving everyone room to relax after a full day of North Georgia adventures.
Step onto the deck to dine outdoors, sip your morning coffee, or unwind while overlooking the 9th Fairway and forested mountain scenery. Additional conveniences include free Wi-Fi, a stacked washer and dryer, keyless entry, a paved driveway with parking for 2 vehicles, and a ramp leading to the front door for easier loading and unloading.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach club and close to great fishing spots, which was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and a fantastic location.

Had a great getaway. Host was super responsive and the place, especially kitchen was well stocked. Great location near entrance to big canoe. Folks might wanna know there are no curtains or blinds in the living spaces

Perfect spot to relax. The Villa is spacious, equipped with all that was needed, including washer/dryer. Sitting on the porch, enjoying the view to the lake and golf course, enhanced by wildlife (deer in the morning, hummingbirds throughout the day and bats at night). The area has so much to offer that a stay is never long enough.

We loved our stay at Villa on 9! The location was perfect, and the house was very clean. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The only downside is having to drive trash to the dumpster facility, which is a few miles away, but overall, it wasn't that bad. We would definitely stay here again!
