Villa on 9 is located within walking distance of the Big Canoe clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy all the perks of this community. Enjoy access to golf, tennis, a spa and sauna, restaurants, lakes, a marina, trails, waterfalls, and more.

Back at the villa, enjoy nights by the fireplace, TV on the big screen, meals made in the fully equipped kitchen, nice outdoor seating, barbecues on the grill, games, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Important Information
For travel notes, the driveway is paved with parking for 2 vehicles. And there’s a ramp to the front door for easier unloading and loading while on your North Georgia mountain getaway.

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
