Welcome to Camp MJ, a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain home hosted by Mountain Vista Rentals. Set inside the gated Big Canoe community in the North Georgia mountains, this three-level retreat spans approximately 2,750 square feet and comfortably sleeps up to 13, making it a natural choice for larger families and group getaways. A gas fireplace, seasonal mountain and wooded views, and a pet-friendly policy make this the mountain home your group has been looking for.

The main living area is an easy place to settle in, with a big-screen TV and gas fireplace at the center of it all. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, whether you’re feeding everyone at once or keeping things simple, and the dining area flows right off the kitchen so mealtimes stay easy.

Five bedrooms spread across three levels give everyone space of their own. Two rooms have king beds, three have queens, and one doubles as a flex room with a queen, full, and twin bed. A twin futon and twin cot provide additional sleeping for the group, and 4 full bathrooms serve the home, including a garden tub and indoor jetted tub. Every bedroom has its own TV, and a washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable.

Outside, a gas grill and fire pit are set up for evenings under the mountain sky. Beach equipment is on hand for days at the lake, and the flat, paved driveway with 2 parking spaces makes arriving simple. As guests at this Big Canoe mountain home, your group also gains access to the community’s championship golf, multiple swimming pools, 20+ miles of hiking trails, the marina at Lake Petit, the Beach Club at Lake Disharoon, the Clubhouse at Lake Sconti, tennis and pickleball courts, a full wellness center, and exclusive on-site dining. Jasper, Ellijay, Amicalola Falls State Park, and Blue Ridge are all an easy drive away for even more North Georgia mountain adventure.

This property is not handicap accessible.

This property is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the mountain getaway.

All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Mountain Vista Rentals is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or closures under any circumstances.

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee – please note this is not included in the rental price.

Motorcycles are not permitted inside the community.
