Welcome to Plummer Lodge, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain home hosted by Mountain Vista Rentals. Located inside the gated Big Canoe community in Dawsonville, North Georgia, this inviting retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and delivers a fantastic lineup of vacation amenities, from a home theater and game room with a pool table to 3 wood-burning fireplaces and wooded mountain views.

Start your days in the bright, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range and double oven, an island with bar seating, a walk-in pantry, and a double-duty coffeemaker. The adjacent dining room, surrounded by tree views through large windows, flows right out to the screened deck for an easy indoor/outdoor experience. The open living room brings everyone together around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, with a big screen TV and hardwood floors and walls throughout.

When it’s time to play, Plummer Lodge delivers on two fronts. The home theater features a big screen TV, tiered seating, and a full speaker system for proper movie nights. In the game room, a pool table, mounted TV, exposed beam ceiling, stone fireplace, and a kitchenette bar with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave keep the fun going.

The 4 bedrooms and loft accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace with a sitting area, 3 sets of double doors to a private open deck among the treetops, a private bathroom with double vanity and tiled shower, a mini fridge, and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds with attached or shared bathroom access. The 4th bedroom, reached by passing through the primary bedroom and its bathroom upstairs, also has a queen bed. The loft rounds things out with a sitting area and desk.

Outside, screened decks, an open treetop deck, a covered patio, and a front porch provide plenty of spots to soak in the wooded and seasonal mountain views. Fire up the gas grill under the pergola, relax around the firepit, and wind down in the rocking chairs. An outdoor TV and cushioned furniture add to the options, and a waterfall hiking trailhead is just steps away.

This semi-private mountain home offers flat, paved roads and a flat, paved driveway for easier travel in the mountains.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site.

Please note that the 4th bedroom is accessible only by passing through the primary bedroom and its bathroom, upstairs.

All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Mountain Vista Rentals is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or closures under any circumstances.

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
