Welcome to Majestic Retreat, a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mountain home hosted by Mountain Vista Rentals. Tucked inside the gated Big Canoe community with views of the golf course and surrounding North Georgia hardwoods, this 4,400-square-foot home is built for big groups who want every comfort covered.

The main level opens into a dramatic two-story great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and walls of windows overlooking the wooded hillside. The layout connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area, making the whole main level feel designed for gathering. The kitchen delivers for groups: white cabinetry wraps around a bold navy island with bar seating for 3, an island cooktop, double wall ovens, a full-size stainless refrigerator, and granite countertops throughout. A dedicated dining area just off the kitchen keeps everyone together at mealtime.

Five bedrooms sleep up to 14 across three levels. Two king bedrooms on the main level each have a private en suite bath, with the primary also featuring deck access and a Smart TV. The upper level adds 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the terrace level, a bunk room with a queen bed and 4 twin bunk beds rounds out the sleeping arrangements, with a Smart TV and hallway bath access. A powder room off the main foyer adds one more convenience for the group.

The terrace level is built for downtime. A rec room with a pool table and ping pong table connects to a separate hangout space with a big-screen TV and bean bag seating. A wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, microwave, and bar stools keeps the group stocked without a trip upstairs, and direct access to the lower deck puts you one step from the outdoors.

Step outside and the outdoor living matches the interior. An open deck with Adirondack chairs gives you front-row seats to the fairway. A covered screened porch, a gas grill, a fire pit, and rocking chairs round out the outdoor options for every kind of evening.

As guests of Majestic Retreat, your group has full access to Big Canoe’s exceptional community amenities, including 27 holes of championship golf, scenic hiking trails, the Beach Club at Lake Disharoon, the Marina at Lake Petit, multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and exclusive dining at Duffer’s Grill and Black Bear Pub. The home also includes high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, Smart TVs with Roku streaming throughout, and 4 parking spaces.

The driveway is steep and paved; please use caution on arrival and departure, especially in wet or cold weather.
