Plus, you’ll have access to the many community amenities within Big Canoe — including playgrounds, a spa, a fitness center, restaurants, lakes and a marina, hiking trails to waterfalls, tennis and basketball courts, and swimming pools.
Inside, enjoy meals around the dining table together, cook in the fully equipped kitchen that boasts a large island and plenty of tools, soak in an indoor jetted tub, and get cozy on the leather sofa in front of the stone fireplace and big screen TV.
Outside, enjoy nice days as you chat and hang out on the screened-in deck with plenty of seating, a table for outdoor meals, and nice views. Toss burgers on the grill for barbecues! You can even kayak or paddleboard* to Eagles Island, go boating, or cast a line in the lake. Breathe in the fresh mountain air before heading back inside your North Georgia vacation rental to cozy up in the second living area with big screen TVs, a fireplace, and a large sofa.

To note for travel, roads are flat and paved, leading to a flat, paved, curvy driveway for easier arrivals in the North Georgia mountains. There’s enough parking space for up to 4 vehicles, and there are only 4 steps up to reach the porch and head inside.
All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Mountain Vista Rentals is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or closures under any circumstances.
While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
Motorcycles are not permitted inside the community.
