Important Information
Roads to the property are flat and paved, including the driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. There are also only 3 steps up to enter the vacation home, making it easier to unload and reload the cars.
The foosball table converts into a mini air hockey table.
While some amenities in the Big Canoe Community are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Tip: Too many checkout instructions for the price you pay. Property is not that easy to find. Yes, it’s walkable, but the home sits on an incredibly steep hill. Our elders had to be driven down the hill so that they could walk to the fireworks. The home is perfect for families with children and has a well-stocked kitchen. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the updated bathroom features are a great touch. Our family was able to host two dinners with no problems. We loved watching the World Cup at home and then walking to the fireworks.

The place gets 5 stars. The home is lovely, spacious and well stocked. Furnishings are great and it’s even nicer than in photos. It was perfect for a family of five with plenty of space and a great layout. Communication gets 4 stars, because two apps or websites are needed for all the details of amenities and check in procedures. This was a bit cumbersome, Airbnb doesn’t handle the rental portion of this stay and some info. Is on Airbnb (a list of home amenities) and some is on the rental co. App or website. You have to go to the original email, called a “boarding pass” for check in instructions, and when the door code didn’t work, I had to find that info. to contact the rental co. Cell service is spotty, and texting back and forth getting the door resolved was cumbersome. It only delayed us about 20 minutes getting in, but the process wasn’t easy.

Beautiful Cabin
Great cabin! Everything was clean. The kitchen needs more lighting. The light below the microwave wasn't working, and the under cabinet light wasn't working. King beds were comfortable but queen bed downstairs was very hard. Foosball table was great for the kids!
