The Big Canoe Wellness Center — previously known as the Big Canoe Fitness Center — features Technogym equipment for cardio and strength training, free weights, and exercise classes. There are also personal trainers, physical therapists, and masseuses to lend a helping hand if you need it. Best of all, you can enjoy scenes of towering trees through the walls of windows while lifting weights, running, or working on your core.

Natatorium — Indoor Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna!
Swim year-round in the giant 100,000-gallon swimming pool inside the Big Canoe Wellness Center! At 75 feet long and 3-5 feet deep, this mega indoor pool offers great fun for all ages. It features a saline system and is heated to a comfortable 84.5 degrees daily.
This Big Canoe lap pool has 5 lanes and features rehab and water aerobics. If you want to join a class, simply hop on in — there’s no need to sign up beforehand! Locker rooms are available as well. Did we mention you can view the lofty trees from this well-lit space with windows lining the main walls?
Bonus: there’s a 2,700-gallon saline hot tub and a 6-person, co-ed sauna! Between laps, splashes with the kids, and exercise classes, take it easy for a while in the massaging water jets or steam room.
A Few Rules
- Only class participants are allowed in the pool, hot tub, or sauna during scheduled class times.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Toddlers/infants must wear approved nylon, rubber, or plastic swim bottoms.
- Children under 16 are not allowed in the hot tub under any circumstances.
Indoor Tennis & Racquetball Courts
Featuring 2 indoor tennis courts plus racquetball and squash courts, the wellness center at Big Canoe offers fun for the whole family! Complimentary racquets, balls, and goggles are included with the daily fee. We highly recommend reserving your court of choice before getting ready to play. And yes, these game courts are open in all seasons!
Apparel Shop
Grab new gear at the convenient on-site apparel shop at the Big Canoe Wellness Center. You can also ask about access to a computer if needed. And there’s complimentary Wi-Fi!
