Mountain Mama

Welcome to Mountain Mama, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Big Canoe with space for up to 8 guests. Set among the trees, the home offers two living areas, a screened deck with a fireplace and TV, and a walk-out lower level with access toward Big Canoe’s trails. Spend the day enjoying the community, then come back for dinner, a movie, or a quiet evening beside the fire.

The main level has a bright living room with tall windows, comfortable seating, and a gas-log fireplace. An open kitchen with a large island keeps meals and conversation together. Upstairs coffee choices include a Keurig and drip coffeemaker; downstairs, a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and another Keurig turns the second living area into its own gathering spot.

Four private bedrooms give the group room to spread out. The main-level primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. Three lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed. There are 3.5 bathrooms in all, and the home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a propane Blackstone griddle, and parking for up to 4 vehicles add everyday convenience.

The screened deck brings the wooded setting into the stay. Sit by the gas-log fireplace with a cup of coffee, watch TV, or take a break outdoors after a hike. From the walk-out lower level, guests can head toward the Big Canoe trail system. Beyond the home, the gated community offers hiking, lakes, golf, and other recreation, with access subject to schedules and applicable on-site fees.

Mountain Mama has multiple levels and stairs, and motorcycles are not permitted in Big Canoe. Community amenities are managed by third parties and may change with season, weather, maintenance, or operating hours. Some amenities require a fee that is not included with the reservation.
