This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom North Georgia rental boasts space for up to 6 guests, the conveniences of home, and access to a wide range of community amenities in the Big Canoe community.

At Mountain Manor, a gorgeous exterior and lush tree-studded surroundings welcome you home each day. Enjoy the landscaping as you stroll around the home, soak in stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and peeks of Lake Petit, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Inside, curl up in front of the stone fireplace on the plush sofas, watch TV on the big screen, make meals in the full kitchen, dine at the table with a view, or have special dinners in the formal dining space.

Outside, unwind in the hammock chair, play cornhole, sit on the porch swing, enjoy gorgeous mountain views, and toss burgers on the grill. The 3 beautiful bedrooms are peaceful and inviting, and the bathrooms are spa-like spaces. You’ll also have board games, a second kitchen, toys, a pool table, and a mini putting green — plus conveniences like keyless entry, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Guests at Mountain Manor will enjoy access to community swimming pools, a rockslide, a spa, a fitness center, restaurants, waterfalls, hiking trails, playgrounds, lakes, a marina, and more.

Important Information
To note for travel, roads are flat and paved, leading to an equally flat, paved driveway with a 2-car garage and more parking outside (room for a trailer). Plus, there are only 3 steps up to the front porch and a few more to enter the front dorm, making it easier to unpack and load the cars.

All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Mountain Vista Rentals is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or closures under any circumstances.

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Motorcycles are not permitted inside the community.
