Resort Haven Condo sleeps 6-8 persons and is our newest condo unit on the rental program. Great view in the lower elevation of homes/condos with view of golf and lake sconti. This condo features:

King Master on Main with
Queen bedroom upstairs with walk out to upper deck area 2nd bedroom upstairs with 2 twins with walk out to upper deck area – shared bath in hallway. The condo 14 steps up from parking area to front door and has 10 steps up to queen bedrooms.

Mountain Vista Rentals specializes in luxury homes within the Big Canoe mountain community at the base of the Appalachian Mountains. Big Canoe is a gated community with 8,000 private acres and many amenities available within the community without having to leave its gates.

While some community amenities in the Big Canoe Community are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Wineries, the Appalachian Trail, outlet mall shopping and small town crafts are only 10-20 minutes away. All homes are new or newly renovated and many are within walking distance to the core amenities. Homes and log homes come in various sizes from 1-2 bedroom condos to 3 bedroom homes sleeping 6-8 people to 5 bedroom homes sleeping up to 12 people. Larger groups, family reunions and wedding parties can be booked using multiple homes located in close proximity to one another. All homes are well-maintained, meticulously cleaned and enjoy luxury designer decor.
