Big Canoe is a great place for families or couples. We have rented many homes over the years. I enjoyed Owls Nest because it was easy to access, driveway was easy and lots of parking (some are down cliffs!), comfortable decor that’s more farmhouse than lodge, and a responsive rental company. We had one issue with the A/C but they were responsive and reasonable in helping us.
